Scheduled Tours

Enkidu's eye opening programs for GBLT travelers in Mexico go far beyond fixed packages and tours produced for the mass market. All daytrips and city tours with an Enkidu personal guide, will be tailored in accordance with your specific interests, individual tastes, needs and schedules. 

Our tours are always personalized and designed to the largest possible degree to correspond with the individual ideas, expectations and dreams of our guests and tours and itineraries are always designed in dialogue with our guests. We have in the past offered several traditional tours with fixed schedules and programs for GBLT-visitors to Mexico, but in reality almost all the tours we have done have been customized to some extent and adjusted to the schedules, priorities and interests of our guests. Also the “standard tours” have been tailored for individual travelers and small groups (max. 5 guests per guide), which allows for flexibility and improvisation regarding schedules and itineraries. Therefore each tour will to some extent be an unique experience for the guide, as well as for the guests. Each group will also be unique. 

With the exception of our special events programs, like our annual Pride Tour, the tours listed on our pages should therefore be regarded as examples of the kind of tours we do. All of these tours can be done at any time of the year for small groups or individual travelers and can be tailored to fit your interests, schedules and priorities. Based in the information you provided in the form, one of our travel or adventure consultants will design a preliminary program with some suggestions and options for you within 48 hours. After hearing your reactions and comments, we will design a final program for your stay.

Explore Mexico City with an Enkidu Personal Guide (Day Rate)

A 24 h guide means basically that you have an opportunity for relaxed and flexible city exploration at your own pace and according to your own interests and priorities without any fixed schedules. If you, after a day of sightseeing, want the guide to show you the city's nightlife, perhaps take you to a late night concert, he will do so, if you want the guide to show you where to get a meal at 4 o clock in the morning, he will do so. 

It does not mean that the guide will spend 24 hours with you (unless YOU want the sightseeing to last that long), but rather that nobody looks at the clock as long as you are exploring the city together. If you want to know where to get the best breakfast in town next morning or where to mail your postcards before you leave, the guide will still be available if you need him. Our guides give you a personal insider view of the city. We want to give you the kind of experience you might have when you come to a new foreign city and suddenly discover that you have a multilingual gay cousin or former class mate living there, who has unlimited time for you and can show you around in the city more or less like such a person would have done, without schedules and a fixed program.
